WHEN DO I NEED TO NOTIFY THE PUBLIC OF OUR FILMING ACTIVITES?

Certain filming activities require that a Notification Letter and/or Survey Form be distributed to all addresses within a 300-foot radius.
Examples of activities meeting this requirement are: exterior filming; equipment on public property; posting of any No Parking Signs; use of weapons and filming outside of business hours on private property.
Signature forms are required for filming when it’s outside of business hours; when you have postings on both sides of the street; street closures and in sensitive locations.
